Cecilia have a degree in law from Lund University and a master degree from Malmö Högskola. With 20 years of experience as a banking laywer she has worked her way up to leading positions.
Jonas Edelswärd has more than 15 years of experience in various positions with high-tech start-up companies. The last eight years he has had the role as CEO of the privately held investment company AB Axel Granlund in Malmö.
Maria Rydén has 25 years of experience from different companies and different roles with a focus on economics and finance, IT and business development.Furthermore, Rydén has extensive experience in negotiating with banks in connection with financing.
Håkan Nilsson, has in his professional career primarily interested in entrepreneurship and business finance. For 20 years he was President of Malmöhus Invest AB, a venture capital firm focused on entrepreneur-led small and medium enterprises in the relatively early stages of development. Nelson is also involved in two other investment funds.
Staffan Bergqvist is the founder and initiator of the biotechnology company Enzymatica AB, listed on AktieTorget 2011 and today is listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Bergqvist has previously been a director of BIMobject AB and today including active investors through the family business HCN Group.
Sven Holmgren worked for eight years as a lawyer and business lawyer at the law firm Lindahl. Since 1998 he has been working in various positions in the Volito Group. Holmgren has since 1998 served as Senior Vice President first of Indigo Aviation (listed on NASDAQ in 1998) and then for Volito Aviation and has held the role of President and CEO of Volito AB (the parent company of the group) for eight years. Holmgren addition to the above worked in the investment committee of the North Cape Bank AG for nine years.
Niklas Lundqvist has many years of experience as a lawyer. Since 1996 his main focus has been legal advice in corporate law, stock exchange and securities law against companies quoted on the Swedish stock exchange or MTF. Lundqvist has extensive experience in assessing a potential corporate suitability and future potential as a listed company, which is an important part of Swedish Growth Fund Investment Committee’s future operating investment work.
